Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened products and, in some cases, lightly used items within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Products should be unopened or lightly used (for hygiene reasons)

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety considerations.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
