We currently ship within the United States only, including:

  • Hawaii

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside of Hawaii.

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $75 within eligible shipping areas.
Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions:

  • Contiguous United States: 5–10 business days

  • Hawaii: 7–14 business days

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Soin Rue is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
